Mt. Mauro

With its 515 meters, the summit of Mt. Mauro is the highest mountain of Vena del Gesso Romagnola and the site of greatest naturalistic and landscape interest of the Park.
The three summits of the mountain are set into a vast and wild system of crags and dolines covered by a thick shrubby and arboreal vegetation; the imposing southern slope offers spectacular panoramas and interesting settlements of rocky vegetation.
